SEATTLE, WA, October 5, 2026: Amazon Web Services (AWS) has announced that Applify has achieved the AWS Data Competency. The designation recognizes Applify’s demonstrated technical expertise and customer success in delivering data and analytics solutions on AWS.
Organizations often need information from several business systems to answer a single question. Bringing that information together for reporting and analysis takes data integration and dependable databases. The same challenge matters when organizations want AI applications to use their business data. Applify helps customers prepare data for analysis and modernize the systems that store it on AWS.

What’s new
- Applify has achieved the AWS Data Competency, recognizing its data expertise and customer delivery on AWS.
- The achievement builds on Applify’s AWS Service Delivery specializations, including AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, Amazon DynamoDB, and AWS Database Migration Service (AWS DMS).
- It complements Applify’s existing AWS AI Competency recognition for Generative AI Consulting Services and Agentic AI Consulting Services. These are separate AWS recognitions covering related areas of Applify’s work.
Applify’s data work on AWS
Analytics work: Applify uses AWS Glue to prepare and integrate information from separate systems and Amazon Redshift to support data warehousing, reporting, and analysis. This helps customers make business information usable when assessing analytics and AI use cases.
Database work: Applify helps customers migrate and modernize operational databases, including work with AWS DMS, Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS), and Amazon DynamoDB. These systems store information that business applications use and that analytics or AI applications may need to access.
